This is one of the four gold mines in the Dog Tooth layout, the Green Arrow Mine,  its biggest and most complex.
Located at the very top of Dog Tooth Mountain, iIt has a vertical shaft, mine head frame, and a two-chute tipple. 
The engine depicted is Dog Tooth Mountain Railroad's only Heisler. 

This shows the incredible detailing in   the mine's machinery as well as the countryside.
